Accelerate Action is the theme of IWD2025, and in my view, the way we achieve that is together.
Each of us can champion inclusion and challenge biases in our thinking. The more we meet others with possibility, empathy, and expansive thinking, women and men alike, the more we set the tone for the leaders who follow.
What I love about this month is seeing women and men come together to shed light on areas where more work is needed beyond our own experiences and perspectives.
I’m delighted to be speaking at events with forward-thinking organisations, including the Association of International Energy Negotiators (AIEN).
Their Regional Chapters are hosting events worldwide, and we would love for you to join us in person in London on Thursday, March 20th for an evening talk on “Empowering Change: Break Bias and Build Inclusion in the Energy Sector.”
